By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability. You will be notified and refunded promptly if this occurs.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
3. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery times to Australia are 8–18 business days from dispatch. These are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing or courier delays outside our control.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
4. Product Description & Handcrafted Nature
Our copper vessels are made by hand. Each piece may differ slightly in finish, weight, or appearance from product images. These variations are intentional and reflect the authentic nature of artisan craft — they are not defects.
Our copper products are made from food-grade copper. We recommend following our care instructions to maintain the quality and finish of your vessel.
