REFUND POLICY
At CopperHome, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted copper vessels, made by skilled artisans in Rajasthan, India. Every piece is inspected before it leaves our hands. However, if something isn't right, we're here to make it good.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
As our products are handcrafted, natural variations in finish, texture, and colour are expected and are not considered defects — they are part of what makes each piece unique.
To initiate a return, please email us at copperhomeshop@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at copperhomeshop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order once your refund is processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
- Items that have been used or washed
- Items purchased on final sale or with a discount code marked as non-returnable
