If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, our return and refund policy is here to give you complete peace of mind. No runaround, no complicated forms — just straightforward support.

02  —  Eligibility

What Can Be Returned?

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Original packaging is intact (box, pouch, and any accessories included)
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is provided
  • Item is free from physical damage caused after delivery

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
  • Customised or personalised orders
  • Items damaged due to misuse, dropping, or improper care
  • Gift cards or promotional items
03  —  How to Return

Starting a Return is Simple

We've made the return process as easy as possible. Just follow these steps:

Contact Us First Email us at support@copperhome.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1 business day.

Receive Return Authorisation Once approved, we'll send you a Return Authorisation (RA) number and the return shipping address. Do not ship items without this approval.

Pack & Ship Your Item Carefully re-pack the item in its original packaging. Write your RA number on the outside of the parcel. Ship it using a trackable service and keep your tracking details.

Refund Processed Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.

📸 Tip: If your item arrived damaged or defective, please photograph the item and packaging before contacting us. This helps us resolve your case faster and ensures we can hold our logistics partners accountable.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method automatically.

Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the credit to appear on your statement. This is outside our control, but we're always here to help if you have questions.

💳 Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, or damage in transit).

05  —  Exchanges

Want a Different Bottle?

We'd love to find you the perfect CopperHome piece. If you'd like to exchange your item for a different style, size, or design, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns. If the item you'd like is of a different value, we'll charge or refund the difference accordingly.

To begin an exchange, simply email support@copperhome.shop with your order number and the item you'd like instead.

06  —  Shipping Costs

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Defective or wrong item received: CopperHome covers all return shipping costs. We'll arrange a prepaid label for you.
  • Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Damaged in transit: Please contact us with photos of the damage. We will cover all costs and prioritise your case.
07  —  Lifetime Quality Guarantee

Built to Last — Guaranteed

Beyond our 30-day return window, every CopperHome bottle comes with a Lifetime Quality Guarantee. If your bottle develops a manufacturing defect — such as leaking seams, structural cracking under normal use, or degradation in material quality — at any point in its life, please contact us.

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, offer a replacement or store credit. This guarantee does not cover damage from accidental drops, misuse, or normal patina development (which is a natural and beautiful characteristic of pure copper).
